- Engage with external vendors and partners for market research projects and data gathering when required.
5. Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Continuously improve processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for automation in data workflows using Excel/Google Sheets and other tools.
- Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and Google Sheets.
- Strong experience with PowerPoint, with an ability to create professional, visually appealing presentations.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive market research, including both qualitative and
quantitative analysis. - Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
