We at Salasar are committed to protecting the environment and the health and safety of our employees. It is our belief that excellent EHS performance will contribute to the sustainable growth of the company for generations to come.
Salasar has completed assessments of environment, health, and safety risks at all of our manufacturing facilities (ISO Certified). We use a systematic risk management process for the identification of safety hazards, assessment of the significance of the risks associated with the hazards, and development and implementation of appropriate actions and control measures to manage the risks.
At Salasar, we are continually looking for ways to minimize the ecological impact of our operations. Many of our plants have waste minimization programs in place and we continue to encourage our employees to think of new ways to minimize waste & design products and processes that are safe and environmentally friendly. Moreover, we have installed a 550 KW solar farm at one of our facilities to offset our carbon footprint with plans to further expand it in the near future.
