Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Level Data Analyst &  esearch Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong  expertise in data analysis, advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and  experience in conducting comprehensive market research. In addition, the role requires  the ability to create impactful presentations (PowerPoint), providing key insights to  executive leadership for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros to analyze large datasets.
  • Generate accurate and actionable reports on key business metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Analyze and interpret market and industry data to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively to executive teams.

2. Market Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to provide competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends.
  • Synthesize data from primary and secondary research sources to identify market gaps and potential business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives based on research findings.

3. Presentation Creation & Communication:

  • Design and deliver high-quality presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Develop clear, compelling visuals and reports that translate complex data into understandable insights.
  • Ensure that presentations are tailored to different audiences, including leadership, stakeholders, and clients.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align research and analysis with organizational goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership that drive data-informed decisionmaking and strategic actions.
  • Engage with external vendors and partners for market research projects and data gathering when required.

5. Process Improvement & Optimization:

  • Continuously improve processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in data workflows using Excel/Google Sheets and other tools.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and Google Sheets.
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint, with an ability to create professional, visually appealing presentations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill large amounts  of data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive market research, including both qualitative and
    quantitative analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in business strategy, market research, financial analysis, or operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is a plus.

Job Description:

Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required
industry standards (including: ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001), etc.
accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization
through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control and improve the quality of
all processes throughout the business and the final product. Manage the audit
program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during
audits are effectively corrected and independently verified. Embed a culture of
continuous improvement throughout the company. Lead the team to achieve quality
management system targets for customers and business goals.

Key Responsibility:

Strategy and Development

  •  Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS)

General and Task Management

  •  Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan.

  •  Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
