Mr. Alok Kumar is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and industry veteran with a Degree of Bachelor of Science from Punjab University, Chandigarh. With over four decades of experience in the iron and steel sector, he has built a distinguished career spanning trading, manufacturing, and large-scale fabrication.
He began his professional journey as the Managing Partner of Gupta Traders, where he gained deep insights into the dynamics of iron and steel trading and established a reputation for integrity and business acumen. In 1989, he diversified into manufacturing by setting up two C.I. casting foundry units, Capital Founders and Capital Udyog. These ventures not only expanded his expertise in production and fabrication but also demonstrated his ability to scale operations and adapt to evolving industry demands.
Mr. Alok Kumar’s entrepreneurial vision reached new heights when he co-founded Salasar Techno Engineering Limited. Under his guidance, the company grew from a steel fabrication enterprise into a fully integrated provider of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions. His leadership has been pivotal in driving innovation, strengthening operational efficiency, and positioning Salasar Techno Engineering as a trusted partner in infrastructure development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Alok Kumar has consistently demonstrated foresight, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. His contributions have not only advanced the businesses he has led but also enriched the broader iron and steel industry. Today, he is recognized as a respected figure whose legacy is defined by entrepreneurship, industry advancement, and the creation of sustainable growth pathways for future generations.

Mr. Shashank Agarwal is an accomplished industrialist with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology. He began his career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Larsen & Toubro, where he gained valuable exposure to large-scale engineering projects and honed his technical and managerial skills.
In 1991, he joined his family’s sugar manufacturing business, where he played a key role in modernizing operations and strengthening the company’s position in a competitive sector. His entrepreneurial drive led him to diversify into the iron and steel industry in 2003 with Saini Alloys Private Limited, marking the beginning of his long-standing association with steel manufacturing and fabrication.
In 2006, Mr. Agarwal co-founded Salasar Techno Engineering Limited, and under his leadership, the company has grown from a steel fabrication enterprise into a fully integrated EPC solutions provider. He played a pivotal role in building Salasar from the ground up alongside the other directors, combining sharp marketing insight with unwavering determination to ensure value creation for all stakeholders. His strategic foresight was instrumental in successfully steering the company’s IPO in 2017, a milestone that underscored Salasar’s credibility and growth trajectory.
Today, Mr. Agarwal is recognized as a dynamic leader whose career reflects resilience, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Mr. Shalabh Agarwal is a seasoned industrialist with a Bachelor of Technology degree from MIT, Manipal University. He began his career in 1991 by joining his family’s sugar manufacturing business, where he gained valuable experience in managing operations and navigating the complexities of a competitive sector. In 2003, he transitioned into the iron and steel industry with Saini Alloys Private Limited, a company engaged in the manufacturing and trading of stainless-steel castings. This move marked the beginning of his long-standing association with steel manufacturing and fabrication.
With more than 28 years of experience in trading, manufacturing, and fabrication of iron and steel, Mr. Agarwal has developed deep expertise across the value chain. Since co-founding Salasar Techno Engineering Limited, he has played a critical role in driving innovation, technological advancement, and process improvements across the company’s operations. His leadership extends to overseeing Salasar’s dynamic power vertical, ensuring its effective management and sustained growth, while also embedding end-to-end product cycle management—from raw material sourcing and supplier integration to production planning, fabrication, assembly, and logistics. He has introduced lean manufacturing practices, advanced CNC technologies, and digital monitoring systems to enhance efficiency, precision, and scalability, alongside strict quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance

Ms. Tripti Gupta

Ms. Tripti Gupta, is a Promoter and Whole Time Director of your Company.
Ms. Tripti Gupta holds a B.com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur. She began her career as an Equity Investment Advisor with Motilal Oswal Securities Limited, where she developed strong analytical and financial management skills. Over the years, she has built more than a decade of expertise in strategic management, business development, policy-making, and other key corporate functions.
Beyond her corporate career, Ms. Tripti has been actively engaged with social enterprises and NGOs for over 13 years, serving in roles such as Project Coordinator and Content Manager. She continues to support their initiatives informally, reflecting her commitment to social responsibility and community development.
Since 2014, Ms. Gupta has served as the Director of Salasar Techno Engineering Limited, where she oversees corporate planning and human resources. Known for her sharp decision-making and leadership capabilities, she has been a pillar of strength for the company, driving organizational growth and ensuring effective governance. Her ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution has made her a respected leader within the organization and beyond.

Mr. Jai Krishan Aggarwal is a chartered Accountant and highly experienced professional with over 31 years of expertise in the fields of accounting, taxation, and corporate law. He is the promoter partner of a well-regarded firm and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). In addition to his specialization in corporate statutory audits, bank audits, tax audits, and GST-related services, he has extensive experience in company law matters, corporate consultancy, and various forms of audits, including internal, concurrent, and statutory audits.
His proficiency extends to handling complex income tax matters, including assessments, appeals, and consultancy services. He has also held significant positions within professional organizations, serving as the Deputy Convener of the Banking Study Group of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICAI during 2010-11. CA Jai Krishan Aggarwal was also an active member of the Direct Tax Committee of ICAI for multiple years, including 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25.
He successfully completed the Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test for Independent Directors' Data Bank in 2021 and has been serving as an Independent Director in a public limited company since 2019, showcasing his diverse skill set and leadership in the corporate governance space.

Mr. Rajesh Agrawal is a distinguished professional with a career spanning government, industry, and international domains. Known for his strategic thinking and organizational skills, he has consistently delivered turnaround outcomes across diverse assignments.
He has served as Principal Advisor for Tata Steel (NMB) and as Member of the Railway Board (APEX Grade) in the Government of India, building a remarkable legacy of leadership. His experience covers eight railway zones along with stints at MCF (Modern Coach Factory) and CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems), reflecting his vast expertise in navigating complex government and industrial landscapes.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), member of the Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI), and member of the Indian Railways Technical Association (IRT), Mr. Agrawal has also been recognized as a UNESCO expert in heritage and culture. Passionate about global exploration, he has travelled to over 45 countries, enriching his professional journey with international perspectives.
Academically, Mr. Agrawal holds multiple distinguished qualifications. He completed Mechanical Engineering from the Chartered Engineer Institution (CEI), London in 1980, and earned a Gold Medal in Metallurgical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India) the same year. He further pursued Electrical Engineering from IEI in 1981. Earlier, he was selected as a Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) in 1977, securing the top position in his batch, and achieved All India Rank 35 in the IIT entrance exam.

Mr. Mukesh Garg completed his M. Tech in Structural Engineering from IIT Delhi before joining the Indian Railways as an IRSE officer in July 1984. Over a distinguished career spanning decade, he held several key positions across Northern and North Central Railways, where he contributed to major construction projects and the maintenance of critical infrastructure including tracks, bridges, and buildings.
He brings extensive expertise in project planning, tendering, and contract management, having overseen works worth several thousand crores. His leadership ensured the successful execution of both maintenance and largescale construction projects, strengthening the operational backbone of the railways.
In addition, Mr. Garg has significant experience in contract management and arbitration, with a proven track record of successfully contesting numerous cases. His career reflects a strong foundation in engineering excellence, governance, and project execution, making him a highly respected professional in the railway and infrastructure domain.

Mr. Kala previously served as General Manager – Finance & Controls at PMV Group, a leading malt manufacturing group of India from 2015 to 2018. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing financial planning, internal controls, and compliance, ensuring the company’s financial health and operational sustainability.
Prior to this, he spent over 20 years with Jagatjit Industries Limited, a well-established listed company in the liquor and food segment. During his long tenure, he gained deep expertise in financial management, taxation, and commercial operations, while also contributing to strategic decision-making and corporate governance.
His professional journey has equipped him with vast experience in managing large-scale financial operations, handling complex taxation matters, and ensuring regulatory compliance. He has successfully led teams, streamlined processes, and implemented financial controls that strengthened organizational performance.
